M&A
We operate in both the buy side and sell side, supporting our clients in transactions from the initial structuring, using Valuation and detailed analysis, to the conclusion of the deal. Our goal is to maximize value in national and international deals.
Valuation
We use Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) methods and Relative Valuation to provide accurate and strategic evaluations of companies, assets and projects, ensuring informed decisions in attracting investments, sales or mergers.
Restructuring
We develop strategies for financial recovery and operational optimization, ensuring long-term sustainability. We also act as CFO as a Service, offering customized solutions in critical moments.
Sale of a maritime support company with approximately 30 supply boats and its own land base to the Brazilian company AMBIPAR.
Sale of an asphalt products company (blankets, adhesives and waterproofing) to the Brazilian subsidiary of the company MC-Bauchemie.

Cesar Mergener has over 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Valuation and Governance. He has worked as a CFO in multinational companies in over 5 countries, leading strategic projects, restructurings and M&A.
He has an MBA in Finance from PUC-Rio and a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
With his specialization in Valuation and restructuring, he helps companies optimize operations and achieve sustainable financial results.

Daniel Chalolachvilli has over 5 years of experience in strategic financial consulting. He holds a degree in Business Administration from
PUC-Rio, with an MBA from the University of California, Davis, specializing in Finance and Data Analysis.
